It's that time of year to shake off the old year and bring in the new year! AND it's time for everyone to blog about new year resolutions. Not me! I don't make new year resolutions. But I can't help but take a look back at what a whirlwind year it has been!
HarperCollins, my publisher, published the first four novels in my Ghostly Southern Mystery Series. All four! Plus I signed another contract with them to write more.
I'm also thrilled that I signed another three book deal with Henery Press for my Kenni Lowry Mystery Series.
I self published two novels, two novellas and participated in two box sets.
I had twenty-three public appearances and hosted my very first and very own reader event for my readers!
WOW! That was a big writing and publishing year.
2016.... Watch out...here I come!!!
This new year is not going to be any different. I'm planning on introducing a new cozy mystery series to self publish along with my traditional releases.
My second reader event has been planned and already full.
I'm giving two key note speeches and over thirty appearances have been put on the calendar.
All I can say...is bring it on!
What about you? Are you looking forward to the 2016?

I don't do resolutions either. It will be what it will be. 2015 had ups and downs. Granddaughterms was born in Feb. And in March Dad died suddenly. So hoping 2016 is better.

Resolutions don't really work for me. I like to see what each day brings, and go from there. I'm looking forward to a few reader events, and lots of reading. No matter what it brings, I'm going to make 2016 awesome for me!
I am hoping 2016 is a good year, last year had its ups and downs with more downs than up. One of the worst thing was losing my
Mama. On the bright side, the first week of 2016 I am taking my first cruise ever to the Caribbean. It will also be my first trip out of the states.
Yes excited for Barbara Vey reader luncheon and I get to sit with the one and only Tonya Kappes. Wishing for many more blessings
Yes! A New Year brings fresh chances, new plays to be in, and of course, new books to read!
So happy for you!
Yes, I am looking forward to 2016, praying it is a much better year for me.
Yes ... I'm looking forward to 2016!! Not making any resolutions cause I'm never able to keep them.
I'm looking forward to the cruise with my dad and sister in May.
Love to hear about all the novels that you have planned. All the more pleasure for us, your readers. Looking forward to a great 2016 .
No resolutions in my new year. I just take is as it comes and pray for blessings beyond measure. I hope the same for all.
No resolutions here. This year has been a tough one trying to figure out what is ailing my husband. Fingers crossed for a better 2016. Thanks for the chance to win. Dmskrug3(at)hotmail(dot)com
Not really resolutions, but I hope to practice some healthier habits in 2016. I'm excited about all your new books and hope to see you several times in the new year!
My beautiful daughter is getting married in May so there is lots to do in 2016. I can't wait to read all your new books.
No resolutions... I think people just tend to break them. I do have things I want to accomplish, but more on my time. Looking forward to a great new year and an end to the rain right now. Only a trace a snow so far this year, and I'm happy all this rain has not been snow, I could have used just a little bit.
Wow you have had a busy year for sure. Good luck with all you do in 2016. My resolution for 2016 is to not have a resolution. No matter how hard I try, I always fail at whatever it is I resolve to do. So not going to have one this year.
Awesome year for you. Congratulations! I don't make resolutions either, but I do think about the upcoming year and which goals I want to work towards. Thanks for the chance! angelhwk68@yahoo.com
No resolutions for me. Just a happier, healthier me!!
I am so looking forward to 2 of your events this year!! I hope to see you more in 2016.
I am thrilled that The Ghostly Southern Mystery series will continue. Your 2015 was so busy, and 2016 will undoubtedly be just as packed. For me the new year continues to be ups and downs navigating retirement. Health is number 1 on the resolution list. I have found several cute tricks to help get me up and going, cutting down on carbs, and enjoying my hobbies. Happy New Year! kat8762@aol.com

I plan to release my next book this year too. Can't wait to see what your new series is all about. Happy New Year!

I don't ever make resolutions. I look forward to enjoying a new year with better health and wonderful happiness ahead. Best wishes and Happy new Year.
I stopped making resolutions , because I never keep them !! kathambre@yahoo.com
I don't make resolutions. I don't make resolutions. Instead I have certain goals and accomplishments which are important. Firstly my family and health are concerns which I look after and take seriously. Have a wonderful 2016.
Wow! You are certainly inspiring. I am looking forward to 2016. Have not given up on resolutions yet and mine is simply to try my best. It has been the same for years now and has stood me in good stead. Last year, I was recognized at work for leading our group to the highest rating that we have ever had. It was also the highest rating that could be given.

I don't make resolutions as I find I can't keep them....I am hopeful for a wonderful new year with my hubby and fur babies.
I make it happen and 3016 is going to be wonderful.
Teri Lenz- Instead of resolutions, I have been coming up with one word to guide me and focus on for the year. Have you read My One Word by Ashcraft and Olsen? That is the book I used to launch this journey. As for 2016, well, I am grateful for every year. I am excited about spending it with my new boyfriend and scared about some other things. All in all, bring it on.
I do look forward to 2016! I'm not getting older, just better.
I am so looking forward to 2016. 2015 was not a good year. I was hospitalized for two weeks and needed home nursing because of a really bad infection, I needed antibiotics through an IV for two weeks. My mom's dog she had Minnie for 15 years and she helped my mom through the passing of my dad, her mother and my sister. The real sad ending of the year was my brother just before Halloween he had a stroke and didn't make it.He was just 56. So next year has to be better for mom and me.
New year and new beginnings and the weddings of my niece and great niece in 2016.
I don't do new years resolutions. 2016 has to be better than 2025. I lost 4 people I really care about. Toyota overfilled my oil causing me to be stranded for 3 days in a strange town when I went out of state to a funeral. Someone broke my back window when I met my daughter for dinner one night. So yes 2016 has to be better

I, also, do not do New Years resolutions. I am looking forward to the potential of, eventually, regaining the ability to stand and hopefully walk (even if it is just a few steps) again. servedogmom@yahoo.com
I am looking forward to 2016. I am trying to think positive and and have a better attitude this year. I am determined to get back on program with Weight Watchers and finally shed some of this extra weight. Bring on 2016!
A train ride with some of my favorite authors would be fun to do in 2016. Bobbipad at gmail dot com
Definitely looking forward to 2016. I'm most excited because my little brother is getting married April 30th and I'm a bridesmaid. Can't wait for more awesome books from you!

I don't really do new years resolutions either, but if I was forced to I would say to continue what I started this year (eating healthier and trying to loss some weight). My daughter is a senior in high school so my main goal is to keep her on track for college. She has a major case of senioritis already.
I hope 2016 is better than 2015. Thank you
Awesome! Love your books! And all totes.

I am exhausted listening to all you have accomplished and excited for 2016.
Just remember to take care of yourself as well.
I know you've been having fun.

I'm going to make more time for reading in 2016. I'll have to, or I'll soon be running out of room for all of the books that I want to read.

I'm looking forward to my youngest son's visit in February. He moved to Portland, OR and wasn't able to make it home for Christmas. I am also looking forward to the birth of our 3rd grandchild due around June 1.
I'm trying to be more patient and understanding. my diet is already out the window. I will change my eating habits soon. I will!
Congratulations on your achievements in 2015 and wish you much success and stamina for 2016! I don't make resolutions either but I do have a goal to lose weight and get myself in better health. I had some serious health issues in 2015 that put me in hospital 3 times. Don't want to do that again. So, I know, from my own personal experience that losing weight and doing that 'other dirty word' exercise, will whip my sorry a$$ into shape and keep me on the straight and narrow path I need to be on to get, and stay, well! Happy New Year!
