I used to think I wanted to get away when I got old enough because the town was too small, but now I've grown to appreciate that aspect and the benefits that come with it... lower crime rate, higher learning in education, friendly people, less traffic, and many other things. It's a small town and still maintains that colonial feeling - we even have a huge old oak tree the George Waahington really did tie his horse to. I've lived here for 50 years (so far). The one thing I think Orlando does better than anywhere else is entertainment/amusement. The green areas are well tended rose gardens and a rhododendron garden. I loved seeing those areas in full bloom.
