My "word of the year" in 2016 is Nike, as in "Just Do It" (because Just Do It is more than one word). It really helps me on a day-to-day basis. When I want to set something on the steps to take up later, I take it up immediately instead. When I want to write down something to do later that will only take a few minutes or less, I do it now instead. My house has never looked so good (and the weight off my shoulders is astronomical)! Definitely makes me "gleeful"!
